sClock is a simple and easy-to-use time manager. The application is designed to inform you about the current time of a day at your location or at different places of the globe, but you can use it also as a timer and a stopwatch.

In addition, with the right configuration, it gives off sound alarms and visual notifications for incoming events.

The program installs as a small icon on the upper bar. Using the tool takes but a few simple steps. A right-click on the icon gives you access to the tool's menu. From here you can set a new clock for your computer system and enable different time-related tasks. This way, you may make use of the Timer option to count down the time you've set for a specific activity, in order to see if it is completed in due time. As far as I’m concerned, the Stopwatch module needs improvement, since it doesn't measure the time with millisecond precision (seconds being the smallest unit). However, you can set sound alarms and text-based notifications to inform you about specific events. The program detects your location automatically and displays the current time, but you can select a different region of the world to see the time in that particular place.

What is good about this tool is that you can set multiple alarms and notifications. Also, there is no restriction in enabling multiple timers and stopwatches. Still, you can't re-edit an enabled task or add a favorite sound to an alarm. The program releases a subtle and rather dull sound which might pass unnoticed if you’re not in front of your computer.

Overall, the program is worth using, as it may cover most of your time-related needs. However, there are a couple of downsides that aren't found in other similar free tools.
