A piece of the ACP framework broken loose, Runner stays off screen but sits in the Dock and launches any program or opens any document with any editor or viewer you want. Runner can disappear as soon as your target initialises on screen. You can also drop multiple files of different types on Runner's window and have them open all at once.
Configure Application Dock Tile tool disables the "Show in Dock" function.
