Hello, thanks a lot! I still have erratic colours after selecting new resolutionmy imac is mid-2011 (21,5) intel core i5 amd radeon HD 6750M (512mb) 8gb ddr3 ram Updated to macOS Monterey 12.3 with the OpenCore Legacy PatcherEven if I try other resolutions it keeps strobing. Can anybody help me please? Thanks guys!
Andrea, Ciao, try to switch to "unknown display" under Screen settings this should fix most issues
Works exactly as it should - Changed bitrate from 10 to 8-bit and the strobing stopped on older iMac 27" 2011 after updating to macOS Monterey with the OpenCore Legacy Patcher.Note: For other users coming from penCore Legacy Patcher - Use the tab called "Depth" in the application and choose the native resolution with the "8-bit" setting and double click.
Perfect, when updating an older Mac to Big Sur, if you have an AMD Radeon.
