Remote Desktop is the best way to manage the Mac computers on your network. Distribute software, provide real-time online help to end users, create detailed software and hardware reports, and automate routine management tasks — all without leaving your desk.
The only real complaint is that I wish it was possible to easily install and boot client machines onto diagnostic volumes for maintenance remotely, since many operations can not be performed while booted from the normal running OS volume.
