Relax Now is a nice application that allows you to achieve a profound state of relaxation. This is an audio program which leads you to the state of relaxation by guiding you in the process with a call voice. The program is divided into multiple sections, namely: Introduction (explains what the program is about and what you should do and shouldn't do), Hypnotic Induction (it helps you enter the relaxation process), Relax Now session (this is the most profound part of the relaxation process) and the last one Completion (this is the part where you actually go to sleep very relaxed). However, from the Settings menu you can also set the ending to be an Awaken ending, instead of a Sleep ending. The person who speaks has a very pleasant and calm voice, which is very suitable for this type relaxation exercise.
In addition to the audio, the program also includes a series of videos which can be played in full screen and when you do not use the computer it can work as a sort of screensaver, or you can simply contemplate them when you need to imagine yourself in a beautiful and tranquil place. The videos are of great quality and realistic and they show beautiful landscapes like a forest, a beach, a lake, a waterfall, among many others. Unfortunately, the videos don't include sounds, which is a shame, since they would be even more realistic and pleasant.
To tell the truth, Relax Now is a simple application to help you fall asleep at night or get a profound state of relaxation.
