Red Crucible 2 is a multiplayer shooter for Mac suitable for users over the age of 17 where you can put your military combat skills to the test. The application provides you with training sessions for various army classes (infantry, vehicle or air combat), lets you play against users from all over the world, and gives you access to a wide range of maps for multiplayer gameplay.
In order to get an idea about this game it's best to begin with the training sessions. By doing so, you get to learn how to fire your weapons, drive vehicles on the battle ground, and improve your reflexes on the obstacles training.
Afterwards, you can start playing against other users. The app lets you choose which ongoing matches you'd like to join, create your own competition or browse for a certain map to play a quick game. The more kills you make, the more coins you earn, which can be then used to purchase additional weapons.
Personally, I wasn't too happy about the performance of the app mostly because it used a large amount of CPU resources. Nevertheless, Red Crucible 2 is a 3D online game so I guess it's common for applications of this type to have high requirements. more
