In my opinion, Raindrop’s main drawback is that it becomes practically useless when you are offline because, unlike other similar tools, it does not allow making local copies of selected resources. Regrettably, there have also been some concerns about data security and privacy.

All in all, Raindrop is a great choice if you do not want to lose track of online resources that you would like to revisit in the future. In this respect, it offers various ways to organize and find them. The app is free to download and use. Similarly, its basic services are available at no cost. However, such features as nested collections, tag suggestions, duplicate finder, broken link finder, cloud backup and full-text search, are only available if you purchase the Pro mode.
