Our condo association uses PSS software to run our surveillance cameras. We cannot access what the cameras see from a Mac. Is there something we can do to make this work from a Mac? Thank you.

You will have to ask the one who installed the security cameras. Most of the time, you can use a simple IPTV Viewer that's available on PCs or mobile devices, but it's not always applicable. Contact the system administrator, and he should provide all the details related to connectivity.
I have also performed search queries related to this software, but didn't find a client that you can use to connect to those cameras.
The application fails to start on OSX 10.8. It has been tested on 10.8 and, although it installs successfully, the application does not start at all. The latest supported version is Snow Leopard 10.6.8.
