Modified the ‘Hindustani Music’ text (see Help Menu) and rearranged the Menubar.

- Raga-description now includes Thaat (Parent Mode), Vadi, Samvadi and Pakad.
- Raga-description may show Hindustani notation (Sa Re Ga Ma).
- Piano-keyboard can be made visible or can be kept hidden.
- Keyboard shows in different colors Starting Note, Vadi and Samvadi of the selected Raga.
