Projects & Tasks is an activity organizer and a contact manager. The utility offers a clear view of all the scheduled tasks and projects you work on, as well as a list of contacts to whom you can send messages and e-mails to directly send from the application.
The main window is thoroughly structured into three main modules you can easily switch between. However, it may take a while until you get familiar with the app and find out how to deal with it. Therefore, creating a new project is done by pressing the "+" sign placed at the bottom of the left panel, while creating new tasks and contacts can be enabled by pressing the same sign positioned on the very next panel, which may confuse you at first. Within a project, you can create multiple tasks and contacts. You can also create standalone tasks and contacts, without assigning them to a project. Yet, if later you decide to add an independent task or contact to a project, you'll have the unpleasant surprise to realise that it can't be done. In addition, the utility is unstable sometimes. Namely, the tool closes unexpectedly when creating a new contact.
A good thing about this app is that you can add a priority and a due date to them, and they can be marked as completed. Unfortunately, there is no alert, either visual or acoustic, to let you know when the due date is close.
To conclude, this application is designed to help you manage tasks, projects, and contacts. However, it needs further improvements before anyone may find it really useful.
