Progress Timer is a simple, flexible, and free MacOS timer that shows the time visually. It is ideal for online meetings and games.

It has a flexible form, meaning that you can change the size and the position of the timer. You can change the starting time directly on the timer's window or with arrow keys.

Your timer has two sound alerts — 15 seconds before the end and on finish. Of course you can turn them off if you want. Your timer can be always on top of other windows. It might be useful for online sessions or presentations.
