PLISTBlender

PLISTBlender is a tool for viewing and converting PLIST files. You can read and export any compatible PLIST file to binary, JSON, or XML.

When opening a PLIST file, the application automatically shows the contents as Cocoa objects, JSON text, and XML. In addition, you can create a PLIST file from any compatible XML or JSON file.
