OVERVIEW | Plasmid.io is an application that organizes all of your plasmids into a personal database. It comes with a gorgeous interface on Mac to quickly look at the vector map, features list, sequence and restriction sites!
PLASMIDS LIBRARY | Browse through the thousands of plasmids from NCBI or create your own from scratch in a few seconds. You can also import plasmids from fasta files and export your library by email to your colleagues. The app keeps your vectors organized to get to the sequence you need quickly. You can always edit the plasmid features list and look at the beautiful map with selected regions of interest. You can even search through the sequence or analyze the restriction sites amongst several dozens of enzymes.
OPEN SCIENCE | But Plasmid.io brings you more when you register to the service. It will synchronize seamlessly your collection amongst several devices (Mac, iPad and iPhone) in a secure and private manner!
