Most of the app’s interface is dedicated to previewing your work. This means that you have plenty of space to design your composition. Additionally, there are dockable panels, you can hide or move if you need more room. Unfortunately, it is not possible to adjust the zoom level of the image.
The tool’s workflow is very simple. You should start by importing the desired source pictures, which are automatically merged using the default effect. Moreover, you can pick any other from a long list. Luckily, you do not need to wait to see how the results will look like because they are almost instant. The source images can easily be moved or resized. Likewise, there is a specific panel to arrange photographs in layers. However, rearranging layers can only be carried out via right-click. In this respect, it would be nice if you could just drag the items to a different position on the list.
All in all, PhotoTangler Collage Maker allows you to turn your photos into a beautiful collage with a minimum effort. There are versions of this product for other operating systems. It can be downloaded from the Mac Store at no initial cost. However, you should eventually get the full version as an in-app purchase.
