Photoflow

Photoflow is a native Mac application for Instagram. The program simply brings Instagram to the Desktop.

With this program, you can view your feed, view popular photos, search for hashtags, browse nearby photos, and search for other Instagram users. You can view recent comments and likes for your photos, as well as receive optional notifications for new photos, likes, and comments.
