photo LE is an image editor designed for Mac users who need to immediately modify their favorite pictures.

You can use this program to watermark photos, apply visual effects to images, attach frames to your pictures, and so much more.

The utility comes with a user-friendly interface, works with many photo formats (for both import and export tasks), and supports drag-and-drop actions. All of the built-in tools can be accessed from the main toolbar of the applications. You can undo as many changes as you like and export the results to a wide variety of image formats.

Furthermore, the program gives you access to a simple and quick way to share your results via email. You can also copy the final image to your clipboard or print the picture directly from the app's main window.

Unfortunately, not all features are available for free. You need to make an in-app purchase in order to unlock the ability to export high resolution pictures. Another thing that might bother you is the fact that it lacks support for batch processing.

Still, I think photo LE is one of the best image editing tools, especially since you don't have to pay a dime for it (if you don't need the high resolution feature). It works with many image formats, gives you access to multiple editing options, and provides you with high quality output files.
