Peggle Nights is the sequel to the now famous game Peggle. Released in 2008, this sequel features the same addicting gameplay in different scenarios.
Gameplay hasn't really been modified in any way. There are a couple of additions here and there, but it all remains the same. In the first level, you have to shoot balls from the top of the screen and your goal is to hit all the orange "pegs" on the level. When you do that, the level is over. You use your mouse to aim, and you have ten balls per game. If you can't complete the level with those balls (and if you don't get bonus balls), the game will be over.
All in all, Peggle Nights, though very similar to the original Peggle, is a nice game that is great for killing time. It has lots of levels and different game modes.
Pros
- Multiple additional challenges
- Colourful 2D backgrounds
- Fresh narrative
- New style shots
- Lots of modes and levels
Cons
- Clunky controls
If you like to play the original Peggle, you'll love this one too. It brings new feel and new look. It deserves trying.
