If the PDF document is too large and you wish to share it online, for example, you can reduce it by changing its quality or deleting unnecessary pages. Similarly, you can split a PDF into various smaller PDFs. Other operations on pages include merging multiple documents or adding new pages.

Another valuable feature of the tool is that you can use it to convert PDF documents to other popular formats, such as DOC, XLS, PPT, HTML, RTF and JPG. In addition, it lets you protect the contents of your PDF files using encryption and passwords.

All in all, PDF Guru supports multiple operations involving PDF documents. Although the product allows editing PDFs at a reasonable price, you should know that there are others that can do it at no cost.
