PDF Text Scanner Pro lets you scan your PDF documents completely offline. Therefore, you won't need an Internet connection to use the program.

You just select the PDF file you want to scan, i.e. an invoice, a business card, a bill, a contract, or a note and the application will do the rest. The text is recognized via notes, e-mails, Dropbox, iCloud etc.
