PDF Squeezer - PDF Toolbox is a complex PDF operating tool that includes most functions related to PDF documents.

Therefore, it can help you extract images and text from PDFs, merge and split files, extract and reorder pages, insert a PDF file into another, compress large documents, and encrypt PDFs.

Though the features are quite comprehensive, only a few of them are available for free. This way, you can use it to extract images from PDFs and convert them directly into the most common image formats. You have the ability to set a page range for image extraction and select the desired image resolution from a list of profiles. Merging multiple files into a large document is also supported. Once the files are loaded, you are informed about the size and the number of pages of each imported item so you can know from the very start the output size and the page count of the resulting PDF. Page extraction from multi-page documents is easy. The left panel previews the pages of the input file. Unfortunately, the window can't be enlarged and the preview remains small for page identification. However, if you manage to identify the desired page, you just drag it to the right panel, which stores the pages of the output PDF. Another feature available for free and the last one you can enable is the Sort function. According to it, you have the ability to reorder pages simply by dragging them to the desired place in the sequence of pages you want to get.

All these being said, the free version of PDF Squeezer is limited to four operations. If they fit your most PDF managing needs, then you can use the app with confidence. The other five functions can be enabled only after purchasing the full version.
