PDF Pages to Artboards

PDF Pages to Artboards is a drag-and-drop application that will import a multi-page PDF into Illustrator with each page as its own artboard.

It requires OS X 10.5 or later and Illustrator CS4 or later. It is freeware, by Shane Stanley. Updated for Snow Leopard.
