Patchage

Patchage is a modular patch bay for audio and MIDI systems based on Jack and Alsa. These systems can connect a number of different applications to an audio device, as well as allowing them to share audio between themselves.

Patchage is included in several distributions, including: FreeBSD (audio/patchage in ports), Debian/Ubuntu/etc. (patchage), Arch (patchage in community).
