To be honest, I find it difficult to remember access passwords of each of my accounts as I created dozens of them over the years.
Before using the application, you need to create a personal account on the homepage of the developer. My advice to you is to enter easy to remember username and access password; because if you forget these details at some point, the only solution the developer has to offer is to reset your login credentials and delete all the passwords you stored using Password Tote.
There's an efficient password generator that makes a nice addition to the application as it suggests you secure access passwords for any created account.
The program's great advantage is that the built-in features make it harder for keyloggers to capture usernames and passwords because of the secure "copy'n'paste" option.
In my opinion, Password Tote is a nice choice to store and manage account credentials. And since you don't have to pay to use it, I can't find any reason why you shouldn't give it a try.
Pros
- Easy-to-use interface
- Comes with an efficient password generator
- Communicates well with Mozilla Firefox
- Effectively stores all account credentials
Cons
- The developer doesn't offer you a solution for getting the stored information back in case you forget your login details
