I have installed the Olympus A-GPS utility on my Mac OS 10.6.8 because I want to activate the GPS function on my Olympus 830 camera. When I connect my camera to my computer the software cannot recognize it. I have attached the USB cable directly to my computer. What can I do?

There are two Olympus 830 cameras: TG-830 iHS and Stylus 830. Only the first one is supported by A-GPS utility. If you're using an Olympus TG-830 iHS device and if it is not recognized by the software, navigate to the official web page and download and install the latest version available. After that, configure the OLYMPUS A-GPS Utility using the user guide provided by the developer.
