NoteLedge allows taking notes containing multimedia information, like images, videos and audio. In this respect, this tool can be used for bookmarking whatever useful or interesting you find while surfing the net. There is no difficulty involved in using the tool even if it is your first time. Fortunately, it comes with sample notes that help you realize its potential.

A note is actually more like a scrapbook because it can have multiple pages. Then, you can start adding snippets of texts, images, videos or audio excerpts. Various formats are supported, including JPG, BMP, PNG, MP4 and MP3, but sadly some other popular file extensions cannot be imported.

Besides ready-made material, you can also create your own sketches thanks to the availability of various drawing tools, like Text, Pencil and Eraser. However, these tools are still very basic compared with those coming with other similar apps. Your notes are also quite customizable, for instance, you can add pictures to their covers.

One of the best advantages of NoteLedge is that it lets you synchronize your notes across multiple devices, so that you can access that information wherever you may be. For this purpose, it suggests using Kdan Cloud storage service. However, it also supports others, like iCloud, Dropbox and OneDrive.

In general, NoteLedge allows you to create beautiful notes that can work not only as reminders but also as sketches of your ideas. The product is free to use and it certainly deserves a least a try. There is also NoteLedge Ultimate if you need more.
