myMacTime allows you to keep track of the time you spend on different tasks. It is a productivity tool that lets you be more productive by showing you how you spend your time. You can add tasks to the application, and then use a timer to see how much time you spend working on each task. You can stop a session at any time and then resume it. Or you can activate Application tracking, which automatically keeps a record of the time an application stays active.

If you are a freelancer, an app like this can be very helpful. You basically add a task, and then specify the due date, hourly rate and you can write a short description. When you are working on that task, you activate the timer, and it will be displayed both in the application's main window and the MenuBar. When you are done, you simply stop the timer and mark the task as done.

myMacTime can also automatically track the time you spend using applications on your Mac. You can assign a different application to each task, and the app will automatically detect when you are using that application and start the timer automatically. When you switch to another application, the app will pause the timer and resume it when you go back.

In short, myMacTime is an excellent way of keeping a record of how long it takes you to complete a task and it also encourages you to concentrate on the task at hand.
