MyEntry is a free app which lets you create and manage your own dictionary entries. For each entry key, you may have multiple associated values.

This functionality can be used in a variety of ways, including keeping track of vocabularies to remember in your own set of descriptions, managing shopping or to-do lists in a simple and organized way, etc.
