mMass 3.8

mMass presents an open source cross-platform package of tools for precise mass spectrometric data analysis and interpretation. It is written in Python language and released under GNU General Public License, so it's portable to different computer platforms and has a good potential to be easily modified or extended by modules of specific needs.
What's new in this version:
- TIC and BPC chromatograms are now available in scan selection dialog.
- Support for mzML data format.
- Spectrum intensity offset (visual only) can now be set either manually or using new mouse tool.
- Intensity bar is now available in Spectrum Panel.
- Height of position bar and intensity bar can now be set in Canvas Properties.
