The Structure planner allows anyone to quickly and easily create a variety of structures for building in the game. It uses a simple set of number fields, texture drop-downs, or option check boxes, and the results are then displayed in three different ways.

This is the only practical tool I've found on the Internet so far, though it suffers from not being updated anymore. It often freezes, so I have to force it close. I wish these issues would be solved, as I'd like to use Minecraft Structure Planner for my Minecraft structures.
