If you have the newest mac releases, or a mac with a M1 chip, you can't run bedrock. The solution would be to download Minecraft bedrock on linux launcher. If you get a message on there saying you don't own bedrock, that is because you don't have bedrock on an android device. To fix that, you need to download mc on an android.
The problem is though, it will install Minecraft 1.19, and linux launcher currently supports 1.18. So you'll have to wait until they update it to support 1.19, or find a way to download the older version(1.1 on your android device.(Which is what I'm trying to figure out how to do now LOL)
