ManDrake is a free WYSIWYG-style man page editor for Mac OS X, written in Cocoa. It is distributed under the terms and conditions of the Free Software Foundation's GNU General Public License.

ManDrake isn't a true WYSIWYG editor. Instead, you can see your man page rendered live while you're actually editing the file.
