Lucien
Lucien allows you make the Library folder visible/invisible with Lion.
On OS X 10.7 Lion the Library folder is invisible. With Lucien, you can open it simply and quickly, and you can also make the folder visible/invisible any time you want.
Click Open to open folder, Show it or Hide it to make Library folder visible or invisible.
