Learn - Mac Edition 4.1

This application gives you access to a wide range of video tutorials showing new Mac users how to handle the default programs and system preferences of the OS X. The app teaches you how to configure Finder's options accordingly, bookmark your favorite webpages in Safari, edit PDFs with Preview, and much more.

Learn - Mac Edition provides you with video lessons for 10.7 (Lion), 10.8 (Mountain Lion), and 10.9 (Mavericks) OS X versions. The application offers you detailed video tutorials for each of the aforementioned OS X releases presenting the new features and default app info (Finder, Safari, etc.).

I like the fact that the integrated video player allows you to select the preferred film playing speed, adjust the sound volume according to your needs, and use shortcut keys to play the previous or next tutorial. What's more, the video quality is quite impressive and includes the Full HD (1920x1080) resolution.

The only thing that bothers me is that you need to make in-app purchases in order to have access to all video tutorials. You can make these acquisitions separately for each operating system category (10.7, 10.8, and 10.9) within the app's interface.

I'd say that trying out this program isn't really worth it since you can easily find information about any OS X features and apps with a simple Internet search. Whether you're looking for info regarding a Finder's option or just wish to learn how to use the Preview app, a simple Google search can provide you with the answers you need.
