Laserface

The giant, extraterrestrial being known only as Doomsday Odious devours planet after planet, as entire species all at once fall prey to its ever-hungry pseudopods. And now, it draws near to Earth.
All forces have been deployed. Among them is Earth's best hope for survival: the one they call Laserface Jones. Most robots learn to exhibit human emotion. Laserface Jones hates emotion. While most robots learned to love, Laserface Jones was busy blowing stuff up. And Earth needs his talent.
