iTrash is an app that lets you thoroughly remove other applications. As you may know, Mac apps are easy to install and to uninstall. But it so happens that some apps install files in folders other than "Applications". Some apps can even leave daemons and other components behind, which run even after the main .app file has been sent to the Trash. Enter iTrash, an app that scans your system to find files associated with Applications and deletes them along with the .app files.
iTrash's main window works as a drop zone, where you can drop applications that you want to delete. When you drop them there, the app shows all the related files that it has found and you can delete them all by clicking on "Delete". If you want to keep any file, you simply uncheck it. There is also an "expert mode" that gives you more options.
If you don't want to use the drop zone, you can access the application list from the menus. An interesting feature that iTrash comes with is "Ghost mode". This feature will scan your trash and launch iTrash whenever an app is moved to the trash.
All in all, this app works well, it has nice features and it is very affordable.
