iProcrastinate is a task management application for the Mac. It can be used to keep a record of all the tasks that you have to do and it also has a little, but nice calendar to help you view upcoming tasks quite easily. The app can be synced with your iPhone or you can use DropBox as a means to syncing. You need a DropBox account for this then.
iProcrastinate is available on the Mac App Store, where it is quite popular. One of its strongest points is that it has a great minimalist design, and all the information can be easily accessed. When you create a task (or To-do), you can break it down in different steps. You can check either the complete task or its steps as marked by checking the checkbox next to it. You can add notes to your tasks or link a file on your computer. This is ideal when you need to turn in essays or things like that.
The main window shows all your upcoming events, which you can mark as "in progress", "not started", or "complete". You can also add multiple "subjects" to the screen, which I am taking it works well when more than one people use the application.
You can get easy access to particular events by "starring" them.
In short, iProcrastinate is an excellent app. It works well and looks awesome. I would love to see the ability to add a time frame to your events within the day.
Priority Matrix distinguishes itself from traditional linear to-do lists in that it excels at guiding the user's focus to the tasks with the highest..
