Pinocchio is an auxiliary mouse operation tools for disabled people. It enables people, who cannot use mouse or trackpad, easily control the mouse by moving their head.

Pinocchio uses utilizes face tracking technology using your built-in iSight camera. The location of user's face is tracked in real-time and the CPU usage is highly optimized in the mean time. Four types of mouse operations are supported including left single click, right single click, left double click and dragging operation.
