The iMeet Room Monitor is a handy tool that helps you stay connected and in control of your meeting room. It hangs out in your task bar and on your desktop for easy access, and provides three tabs: My Room, Guests, and Notify. When someone enters your room, the Room Monitor will notify you so you can manage your room directly from these tabs, without having to enter the room.
