IconExtractor

Icon Extractor allows you to extract the icon of any file or folder. Drag and drop a file/folder to the Icon Extractor window and then drag and drop the icon to the target folder to save it.

You can also select the file/folder and save the icon manually, you can specify the icon name in this way.
