Fixed drag/drop functionality for links; ended up broken in Panther.
Should work now both in Panther and Jaguar. Added functionality that will change the current selected chart when a specific row in the Positions table in the Inspector is double-clicked. Added functionality that will keep a selected entry in the chart table selected even when you change the current chart.
