The calendar view displays the basic pairing info of the line selected in the listbox. Sundays appear in red. Days of a pairing that overlap into the following month are grey. Vacation blocks entered in the preferences window will appear on the calendar highlighted in the color you have chosen in the Appearance preference pane of Apple System Preferences.
Clicking a pairing in the calendar will open a window that contains the pairing in detail. The pairing can then be printed or exported to iCal from this window. In addition, there is an FFDO option that allows you to copy and paste the pairing info into the FFDO Flight Schedule Importer. When "Show Hotels in Pairings" is selected in Preferences General, hotel info will appear on the pairings.
