Hour Blocks is an organizing tool of your daily activities. It helps you focus on the scheduled tasks, so you can concentrate on what needs to be done and remain productive. The utility works as a day planner displaying your activities in a chronological hour-based timeline.

The application opens with a neat and uncrowded user interface with two modules you can easily switch between. Therefore, in the Schedule mode you can plan activities for whatever hour of the day you prefer. Each hour block supports adding sub-blocks for a detailed organization of the task. You can add suggestive names and representative icons for the edited blocks. Rescheduling a task and assigning it to a different hour is done in one click. Unfortunately, the tool doesn't provide any alerts, neither visual nor acoustic, to notify you about the necessity of completing a task that risks to become outdated.

In the To Do List you can add tasks and events that you don't want to allocate to a precise hour of the current day. Yet, you can assign them attributes like Urgent, Soon, and Whenever to simply have them in mind for completing in a more or less distant time in the future. However, the tool lets you transfer a task from the To Do List into the Schedule timeline with just one mouse gesture.

To make things short, Hour Blocks is an easy-to-manage day planner and activity register. It displays in a clear view the things to do next on a day, yet it doesn't work as a reminder. You can check completed tasks in the history and add new tasks with ease.
