Creating a new document

Click on the "Add" icon in the toolbar to add a new document. This will display a panel:

Enter the title of the new document and press "Create".

Editing documents

Select a document from the list on the left of the page, and simply type in the main window's text area. All of the standard Apple editing features are available, including copy and paste, undo, find and spelling checking.

Deleting documents

Click on the delete icon in the toolbar to delete documents.

Sharing documents

Select a document, then click on the share icon in the toolbar. This will display the "Share Settings" panel:

To share a document, click on the checkbox. The URL will not be available until the next sync -- the Helipad web application provides the details for shared URLs.

Searching documents

Enter text in the search field in the toolbar. This will limit the entries in the document list for documents with a matching title or body.

To search for documents with matching tags, click on the triangle in the search field and select "tags".
