Goldberg is a freeware image and movie viewer with image-editing capabilities and support for applying QuickTime and other effects.

It offers rotation capabilities, free zooming, and undo support. Version 2.3.2 fixes a problem with reading multilayer image files as Photoshop documents. It also fixes a problem with corrupted Preferences files, and the PDF item in the pop-up format in the export dialog box has been removed.
