I figured out how to make this work with Mavericks. Plug in the cable and when the CD icon "Go! Suite" appears on the desktop, right mouse click on the Go! Bridge.app icon and choose Show Package Contents. Look in the folder named "Contents" > "Resources" and find the "GOBridge.tgz" file and drag it to your desktop. Unzip it by double clicking and it will turn into an app named EasyMacCopy.app. Double click this and it will run like it did in Snow Leopard. I just put it in the Applications folder and put an alias in the Dock.
I bought a transfer cable from Radio Shack that has this software installed on it. It worked fine with 10.6, but won't work at all with Lion, 10.7, and I'm assuming the same holds true for Mt. Lion 10.8.
The company is Japanese/Chinese (I don't read oriental languages, so I can't say which) and that's the language most of their website is in. No download or support information is posted and no manual is available. Can't find anything on the internet that offers any additional contact or support possibilities.
The latest software supports new macOS 2021 version, due to the software is bundled with the cable, you have to ask the seller to provide the upgrade pack for your cable.
