Gnop Gnop could be considered the Pong of the future. In pong, the classic from the 70s, you control a paddle and have to hit the ball to score on your opponent. Gnop Gnop is similar to Pong, but it introduces a new dimension (Pong was a 2D game and you could only move up and down) and several new gameplay elements.

The first thing that I noticed when I played this game is that it can be hard. Pong could get hard as well, but this is an entirely new story. As you play, the game gets harder and harder, which is a nice touch. One of the ways in which the game becomes more difficult is that the paddle gets smaller and smaller as you hit the ball. The entire court (if you could call it a court) also gets narrower after a while. When the ball is coming your way, it picks up speed and you have to react very quickly to hit it.

There are three different game modes. The first mode is a game against a computer opponent to 5 points. The second mode lets you play against a human opponent on your Mac. This mode splits the screen in two, and makes the game very entertaining. Lastly, you have a practice mode that lets you play endlessly. This is a must if you want to improve your skills.

In conclusion, Gnop Gnop is a great Pong clone. It is way harder to play but very rewarding when you get the hang of it.

A nice game, which is highly enjoyable. It is really challenging, as sometimes the ball is petty hard to catch.
