You can change the colors for each task. There is a guide on the official website where you can see how to change the colors. It's for Windows, but the process should be the same since the interface doesn't change that much. Access the page and you should see the exact steps. Basically, you have to double click the task to launch its Properties menu, then you will have the possibility to change the color for the task.
