You can use the Master pages to set up items that never change, like your logo, navigation and footer. Each time you create a new page, Freeway Pro automatically brings your Master page content along for the ride. You just add your content. Freeway makes CSS simple. Items are positioned with CSS automatically and correctly. It supports a huge number of plug-ins (Actions) that can do anything from CMS integration to adding modern CSS3 functionality and styling.
