FreeSpace Tab is an easy-to-use application that integrates within the status bar from your MAC and gives you instant information regarding the free space from your hard drives.
When launching the program for the first time, you will notice its simple and intuitive interface that consists in a small menu on the right side of the status bar. You will be informed about the amount of free space from your hard drives, an important feature when it comes to downloading or installing new applications.
Additionally, this easy-to-use program will let you eject the mounted images directly from its menu.

This free tool will let you customize its appearance on the status bar by changing the menu bar text (none, available, percentage), opting for a compact menu, etc.

The application will also give you direct access to the homepage of Broom software, a program that helps you clean your drives whenever you run out of space.

You can always get connected to the support page of the FreeSpace Tab software, check what's new on its Twitter page or rate the program, directly from the menu of the application.
