fork ShadowIRC Plugins 1.1

fork is a collection of plugins I've created for ShadowIRC. They've been under development for more than a year.

fork provides more than 30 new commands and more than 10 new features.Including: Mass commands, voice commands, Netsplit Detection, cycle, reconnect, xdcc list/send, broadcast, BitchX style ignore levels and nickname regain, 20+ aliases and a DCC Progress bar. The source code for all plugins is included.
What's new in this version:
NEW PLUGIN: DCC Chat Firewall: Allows users who are behind a firewall (such as IP Net Router, or a hardware router) to initiate DCC Chats.Fixed a bug in Numerics that prevented /banlist # from working.Changed Mass Voice/Devoice and Mass Op/Deop to use 6 modes instead of 4.
